On Thursday, April 10, 2025, Winvian Farm welcomes Arietta for an intimate evening of fine wine and exceptional dining. Guided by winemaker Fritz Hatton, guests will enjoy a four-course menu thoughtfully paired with four outstanding wines.
The evening begins in the Tavern with elegant passed canapés, setting the stage for an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Guests attending the dinner can take advantage of a 15% lodging discount for an overnight stay.

litchfield distillery event
Join us on Thursday, May 1, 2025, for an exclusive Litchfield Distillery Tasting Event in Winvian’s Gordon Brown House. From 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, guests are invited to sip and savor a curated selection of locally crafted spirits while learning about the distillery’s process and passion.
